Introducing RESUME101: The Workshop Series
A workshop series designed to give resume writers the insight and process to establish excellence in client onboarding, resume building and customer service.
Like nothing we've ever created before, Resume 101 is a 4 week series of workshops (4 x 30 minute workshops with 15 minutes Q&A time) delivered by ZOOM and downloadable for future viewing. This is designed for those new to resume writing, or if you are a resume writer who wants to polish up your delivery and service standards. This program was created because I wanted to bring a low cost entry to resume writing, especially for those who want to write professionally and desire some guidance on best practice and industry practices, from an experienced and successful resume writer!

Client Questions: Gathering the information and onboarding techniques for resume writers. I will walk you through some different options, and talk about choosing how you onboard your clients to make sure you have the right information, and that your business is working in a way that feels good and works for you.

Resume Sections: What to include and what to leave out of a professional resume. This isn't a lecture on what is wrong or right - this is providing you with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about how you construct your clients resume.

Job Summaries: Writing effective, achievement based job summaries to a professional standard. This is the real technical side of resume writing, a skill that will serve you and your clients well during your career as a resume writer. Effective job summaries are a major component of professional resume writing.

Customer Service: delivering excellent service through quality work and genuine customer care. Tying in all of the processes and tools taught in previous workshops, this last one will be focussed on delighting your clients with your service. How does the All Access Pass differ from the Workshop Series?
When you upgrade to the All Access Pass, you will get access to all of the workshops, PLUS 1:1 access to me for mentoring and guidance while you implement your learnings and flesh out new and improved processes for your writing practice. This access is via Voxer for a four week duration. As soon as you enrol, I will make contact to arrange this part of the service.

How often will you respond in Voxer? Any rules I should know about?
I will be active in Voxer for RESUME101 participants every day Mon-Fri, excluding QLD public holidays. This means that I will be reviewing and answering your queries on these days, so be ready for my response or check in! In saying this, you are welcome to leave a message at any time of the week, day or night - as long as you are aware that I will only be checking them on my assigned days, so I will hear/read your message at that time.
